British House of Commons Victorian (possibly Georgian?) wax seal stamper. Dark hardwood handle with steel working surface featuring the British House of Commons crest.
Measures 3 1/4" long.
Working surface measures 11/16" across at its narrowest point by 3/4" across its widest point.
Handle's finish in excellent condition, displays darker than photos show, but has come cut marks across the top, and a few small dents to upper portion.
