Made in Philadelphia, PA, USA.
Some scratches to glass on the inside and outside, as well as a couple tiny flea bites on exterior.
Missing the glass from the lower portion.
Measures 7 3/4" including the additonal pipe reducer on the bottom.
Glass is mounted very slightly crooked.
