These two pieces are matched in pattern, but are different. From the hallmarks, the sugar bowl dates to 1808, as does the creamer, but I believe the creamer was made by a different maker.  I can only surmise that the original creamer was damaged beyond repair or lost, and the family had a replacement made.

Sugar bowl measures 4 1/8" high at the handles, 4 1/2" at the narrowest point, and just over 6 3/4" handle to handle.

Both have some small dents, and one handle of the sugar bowl is detatched at the lower portion of the handle. One handle of the sugar appears to have a slight bend at the top. These pieces are excellent candidates for restoration by a skilled silversmith.

The sugar bowl weighs 223 Grams and the creamer weighs 117 Grams.

Monogram appears to be "TSC".

Maker is possibly William Frisbee, but am not certain.
