Returns Policy

All sales are final, however we recognize mistakes do happen.
Items described to the best of our ability as to condition, flaws, etc. However, items are sold "as is", and with the nature of vintage/used items there may be the usual signs of use on certain items.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please message us with your reason(s) for your dissatisfaction, and we will try to remedy the situation in a timely manner, either with a refund of purchase price upon return of the merchandise, or other form of compensation. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the dissatisfaction is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for a reply to your inquiry. 
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 14 business days, possibly longer for overseas transactions), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days.)
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All sales are final. Items are fully photographed for you to visually inspect prior to purchase.  


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, aside from Russia currently. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Due to the somewhat problematic postal systems in some third world countries, shipping to those countries will be at the buyer's own risk.  Please be aware that  we can not be held responsible for items lost by any postal system(s) while in transit.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Note that if you choose to not pay for tracked shipping, we can not be held responsible for lost packages.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are a combination of weight and dimension based.  Changing the combination of items you are purchasing can/will change the shipping rates.
